My favorite thing about Vidsys is being able to see who's been in my building at any given time by just looking up from my phone or computer! It also has an amazing customer service department which makes it easy for us as customers to communicate with them if we have questions/concerns when using their product. The only downside I've found so far is how limited of options there are within each area (e.g., cameras). Sometimes you can't easily switch between different camera types during a shift unless they implement more filters into the system. This would make things easier because sometimes it takes too long to find what type of device i'm trying to use. Being able to keep track of our people in real-time without having someone constantly walking around checking employee names off lists etc.
