I bought these scissors mainly for my electronic projects. I tend to cut off a lot of leads from PCBs and resistors after soldering. I needed something small that would fit in a small space. I have to say I'm very satisfied for the price. I used them once to cut wires in a very tight spot with no problems. They could clamp a thin wire and cut it as soon as they put it in their mouth. Although not the main function, they are also good for cutting wire. They excel when you want the parts soldered to the PCB to be flush cut. My only complaint is that they look a little cheap. The center spring is good, but it doesn't seem like it's holding up the best. In addition, the mouth of all three hair clippers does not close completely. One has a small gap in the front, the other has a gap in the back. But for the price, they do a great job.
