I bought this to make my life with mashed potatoes easier. I have a large batch of rice, which is great when I'm making a large batch for church meals or school events, but it's plenty for a small batch for my family. It came fast and great. I recommend only doing this at half full levels as some of them will come out on top. I definitely recommend this product.
- Puree like butter: the potatoes slide through the perforated stainless steel tray without sticking or weighing it down. Simply fill the chamber with diced potatoes, squeeze the handles and voila! Potatoes slide out like plasticine. Because it's versatile, you can also use it for squash, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, avocados, and more.
