Easy to use, simple design. Soft and comfortable, worn barefoot with thick socks and shoes. Really had no problem keeping it in place. Glad it doesn't bother my shoes. I use it for a crooked toe but was really looking forward to trying it for my bursitis. Found the instructions for use on bursitis a bit confusing. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Although feet are different, I would recommend trying to straighten your toes. I'm not sure about bursitis but expect it depends on your specific foot. In general I like it.
