Review on 🧼 Ziploc Vacuum Starter Kit - 3-Quart Bags with 1 Pump by David Romero

5 stars so far. I opened this box and tried the pump with liter packs today. It was very impressive how these bags "shrink" around the in this case jerky stuff, as does my energy store of groceries. I read a review from another person who says that over time the bags allow air to flow back into the bag through a small flap. I will test and report. As I said, it is impressive how much the small hand pump sucks, as well as how much air it sucks out of the bags. I bought this to pack survival gear and groceries that I want to open and then reseal. I just can't take my electric food saver everywhere (it's a very good product). Another reviewer said he wanted to vacuum seal salads. I've experimented with many different things. I bought adapters for can ends, both wide and narrow necks, and sealed just about anything I could think of in glass cans. They actually seal without heat and create such a good seal that you have to break the seal with a spoon like you would a can. My favorites were granola, travel mix, and snacks like potato chips. I've tried vacuum sealing the ice cream to keep it from burning during prolonged storage in the freezer but that didn't work lol. The vacuum sealer began sucking the ice cream into the vacuum tube. In any case, I know I should review this product and I give it 5 stars - for now.
