Don't waste money!

Worst K&N air intake I have ever bought and I have purchased at least 6 K&N air intakes and installed over a dozen with no problem. So, for starters, this was a 2020 GMC 1500 Denali Ultimate 6.2L. The installation space is VERY tight and requires you to move the wire harness around so you have almost enough room to work. The box itself sucks too. He uses twitchy rubber boots (which you steal from the factory box) on 2 pins that fall into the engine bay a dozen times when you try to reattach them. Once this is finally set and you put the square pin in the round hole, another problem arises. The "lid" of the box is not attached with bolts, screws and is not attached to the base in any way. It only has a couple of pins that fit into the holes where you install the rubber o-rings. The problem with this is that every time I open the hood to check it, the lid has risen so far it's almost coming off and the hot engine is sucking air in from the duct. way to hit the target! Either way, you're much better off saving another $100 and buying a rotofab or cold induction.
