Without a doubt, BUY IT. Seriously, BUY THEM. They are low in sugar, aromatic and contain prebiotics. I mentioned BUYing them. I eat one as an afternoon snack or sometimes for breakfast with yogurt. Sometimes I wear two pieces every day because they are so cool! I literally have to hold myself back.
