They work well and probably as well as any and even better than the traditional cap-shaped plunger on my new Kohler Wellington toilet. The problem with Kohler toilets is the shape of the outlet at the bottom of the bowel. They fit well enough in that square and semi-circular outlet to push out any clog, but since they have to be inserted well into most clogs, they're a mess to use and a mess to clean up afterwards. Luckily, the Kohler Toiler is a reliable flusher. And the less you get wrong thoughts. I have yet to see a good four or five star piston for these toilets.
