I was skeptical about how cheap it was compared to $140 plus for OEM but decided to give it a try. I've never done this swap before, but it took 5 minutes, I would say it was easier than changing the wiper blades ;) Anyway, after putting these new ones on, my hood was finally open! :) and when I put pressure to close it is very strong and if I don't close it fully the hood stays open my hood again :) I am very happy with this product. Excellent purchase.
