I bought 3 wooden money puzzles and found 2 to be defective. They are poorly designed and poorly finished This can damage the steel pin falling in the main box from the magnet in the top slider The slider can then be removed from the puzzle One worked as advertised and the other two didn't Two puzzle boxes faulty had me tapping the top of each box of puzzle, increasing force, check after each hit, whether the top slider can be removed. Eventually the back rail on each box broke before I could remove the top slider.. I found: 1) the pin in the box was centered but the hole in the slider was about 1/16" away from the center. 2) The needle is very sloppy in and out of the puzzle box. 3) The rear slider is weak and easily broken due to the very weak surface contact of the glued rail with the main puzzle box.
