I needed an easy and convenient way to get a small amount of protein throughout the day and this was the perfect solution! I made a berry, peanut butter and protein shake and decided to freeze them as protein chips and they turned out great! Each container (comes with 6) holds approximately 3 ounces of liquid and comes with a funnel to make adding your desired topping choices easy. There was minimal clutter and the forms held up well as I filled them all out. I let them freeze overnight (6+ hours) and the next day they were perfect. I just poured some warm water on the molds for a few seconds to loosen my grip and it immediately slipped out. Not quite the perfect treat in the middle of winter, but it was definitely delicious! Each has a "drip tray" at the bottom so you don't have to worry about it dripping onto your hand while you're eating. I have found it very helpful and have even saved a few fatal falls! I will definitely be making a lot more of these in the warmer months ahead. My only minor complaint is that I ordered a variety of colorful shapes and received an all blue box. The outer box said "assorted" but I think that was coincidence. never mind The kit also includes a cleaning brush. (:
