Review on Responder by Keith Alvord

I like that it is easy for people who don't know how to use smartphones or computers to be able to send messages through this system. It's very simple to use! We've been using Responder since we started our department about 3 years ago now. There are many features that can help us get information out quickly. You can even create your own message templates which makes things easier when you need to respond to something as quick as possible. The only thing I dislike about this program is that sometimes there aren't any active officers available at times so it becomes difficult to find someone to talk to during those hours. This software has helped ease communication between departments within my county.
