Easy to install, the switch fits perfectly where you want it and doesn't stick at all when you push it in and out [on-off]. Feels/looks factory to me. From my relay harness [I mean switch wire colors here]; I connected green to plus, black to ground and both red to auxiliary power from the relay. This will turn on the switch's built-in light when the grill light is on, and the switch will be completely dark when the grill light is off. This was my preference, you can choose otherwise.
