The platform is very intuitive, easy-to-use for non techies who are looking at their user base/audience demographics in order to understand where they can improve or grow. I like that you get recommendations from other users as well; this helps give more insight about what works best with your own target market. Sometimes it's hard to find specific information of interest regarding audiences. This makes it difficult when trying to decide how much budget should be allocated towards targeting certain types of people vs others (i.e., younger versus older). It would also help if there were a way to segment out "like minded" groups so we could then focus our efforts specifically within those subgroups rather than having too many options available all at once which may seem overwhelming. We have been able to use the tool to identify areas of opportunity within our organization through analyzing.
