Review on 🔍 Enhance HVAC Filtration with FilterBuy 18X24X1 Pleated Furnace Filters by Rovy Oppeneer

I bought two sets of these units for home air intake. Main entrance (18 x 24 x 1) and attic (12 x 12 x 1) when I couldn't find "Top Brand" in stores or online. I have allergies so I get 12 MERV. It gave me a MERV rating of 13 because I figured that if the quality dropped a bit, a one-tier upgrade should make up the difference. Well when I installed the first one I noticed that they seem to be thinner than the other brand. Another thing that is immediately noticeable is that the thickness of the cardboard frame feels less durable. You will find that there are some reviews where the size is slightly different. Well, if you combine that with cheaper cardboard, you end up with an air filter that collapses in the intake. 3 of the 4 packs I bought were located halfway inside the main air intake allowing LOTS of air to flow through the filter. I couldn't wait to finish these filters fast enough. I don't know how many days I've had decent filtration and how many haven't, but the fact that 3/4 of them failed within 30 days of use doesn't recommend it to anyone.
