Review on Libbey Province 16 Piece Tumbler Rocks by Jessica Bohannon

A few people have complained on here about how easily they break and I understood the risk that they could be quite brittle when I ordered them but what I did did not expect it All glasses will be crooked at the base. They have a solid glass bottom, but each of these glasses had a curved bottom glass surface. I tried to take some photos, some of them didn't fit properly, although most still worked fine. There were also deformations in the glass as the glass moved upwards. I contacted Libby and they offered to replace the entire pair of glasses and the new box arrived within a week of being contacted. To my surprise, all of the replacement glasses had the same issues! Extremely poor quality control, I ordered these a few years ago and the set was perfect. Now every glass had a problem. They must have changed their manufacturing process somehow and I couldn't recommend these glasses more.
