Fit well designed nuts on top to allow the wheel to rotate. The only problem encountered is that the diameter isn't large enough to fit a wine barrel in, I will change by making a cut in the round ring with a hacksaw all around the blade and most likely make two cuts get opposite sides apart which should allow the bottom of the barrel to rest on the ground yet be strong enough to stay in tact and still be used for rolling if needed. If necessary, I'll make two additional cuts opposite each other so that all four cuts are evenly spaced, which definitely gives me the result I need for the wine barrel to be in and resting on the bottom of the wagon.
