Great for putting tires on
I bought it to put a thick bandage on the tires I use. They are perfect for that. For no good reason, I tried cleaning the outside of the windshield with them just to see how they work. They leave tons of fluff behind, so this is unacceptable. But that's okay, I didn't expect them to work well on glass.
