I'm 5'3" and about 220 pounds I bought the plus size black set and it was AMAZING. It fits perfectly. Looks like I'm wearing it in real life Photoshop photographed The top is padded so it shapes and pushes you up and the bottom is very secure and pulls you in. I had no issues with the bottom waist rolling down but some of the hips roll over above. Nevertheless, this set is definitely a must-have.
