Vehicle: 2018 Chevy Cruze TD "Diesel" As I only write reviews when absolutely necessary, I wanted to say that the Fit and design of this filter is of the highest standard for my particular car which there is so little information on the internet. Yes, Chevy has been making Cruze diesel models since 2017, as well as earlier 2013-2015 models. In any case, this model is "18" of the year and works perfectly. I have used K&N filters in my previous Jetta TDi engine and know they add about 2-4mpg on the freeway. At last check I was 56mpg per 100 miles last week after changing the stock filter (see photo for how dirty it is) after 45,000 miles (well over the recommended 20,000 I know). Either way, you can't go wrong if you have one of the Chevy Unicorn Opal TD 1.6L engines like mine. Hope this helps and enjoy the ride and high mileage. Incidentally, with this car, remember to change the diesel fuel filter at 40km and air filters at 20km and you can easily expect close to 55mpg on the motorway. I drove 700 miles on a full tank with these two new filters!
