Good quality, cheaper than other brands but still too expensive

In my diesel engine it works similar to a PCV valve - it helps direct blow-by gases to the inlet side of the turbocharger. It's essentially a large metal can with a few internal components and intake and exhaust ports. I'm not complaining about the motor that powers it, but despite being the cheapest brand I could find, it's still way more expensive than it should be. be.
