Let's start with . This toy is LOUD! Our 7 month old Kaika loves this toy. She scared the other birds because she likes to throw it and it makes a loud noise when it hits the bottom of the cage BUT you can detach the balls which is great because it's so easy to get caught in the cage . Be careful though as it is not very durable. Hei Hei was standing and dangling from him, which scared me. Surprisingly, it held her weight, but I still wouldn't hang it too high. I picked up a ball and she holds the toy as a microphone and rolls a free ball. Overall a really great toy but only if you can tolerate a loud rattling noise. Our cockatiels are afraid of it, but hamsters and chickens Hei Hei (Kike) love it. Definitely recommended for active, playful, medium-sized birds who don't tend to destroy toys.
