Hello! I bought this pump while looking for a good mountain bike pump. When first used, the pump lock on the valve was very tight and difficult to lock. The plastic lever felt light and threatened to break. Well, that's how it was. I contacted Revain and they were kind enough to offer me a replacement. (which is why I love Revain). As soon as I opened the new replacement pump, I knew that it would also break. I carefully locked the locking lever and locked, the plastic lever broke and cut my index finger on the side. Pretty good option. I called Todson, Topeak's parent company. Terrible customer service, calls and emails go unanswered. Looking for a better replacement. - Casey.
