Nice replacement cat did this on my 2005 Buick Lesabre, you will need 4-1 1/4x3/8 bolts. I used stainless steel because stainless steel doesn't rust if it needs to be redone, it's easier to pull them out and I didn't use the fitting they sent with the cat. I need a stainless steel band clamp, u-bolt clamps crimp the tube and make it impossible to remove again so I used a band clamp so the whole thing could be unscrewed and replaced and an 18 1/4 cut mark from the 4 hole -Flange, not 14 as stated in another post. Design changes may change the length of the cat in the future. Work free, I inserted rivets on each side of the tube
