Does the job, good quality compression pantyhose.
Got this for my wife who does 12 hours shift and needs compression stockings. She usually wears medium to large pants, she is 5'10', so XX-Large (20-30 mmHg) fits her just right. Of course, as any compression stocking you need to put some effort to put them on, same thing with this one. The benefit of the pantyhose in this case is that it is evenly compresses your legs from top to bottom and gives you a tummy control as well.
