Customer Service is Good

I liked this product in general, but did have 2 issues wit h2 different ones. The first came apart at a seam in the wind. The second have the elastic band around the bottom break while stored inside my garage.Overall, the product wasn't bad, but did have it's flaws.I will say that the customer service I received in resolving these issues was very good, and the best part of my experience with the product.
