I bought this bike in the 14" version for my 4 year old daughter. Assembled fairly quickly and I only got stuck on the handbrake part. The brakes near the handlebars seemed to be loose and I had trouble following the manual's instructions for tightening and adjusting the handbrakes. But I finally figured it out, although it's clear my child will be using the rear pedal brake. But I like that there are both options. !
