This bike was built by my husband. He said it wasn't the easiest, but not terrible. It's just a lot of little pieces that need to be put together. The worst thing about this bike is the training wheels. They constantly weaken as you move, forcing the rider to lean to one side or the other. My husband wanted to lube the zip bolts to keep them in place, but that made no sense to me as the training wheels were going to be removed at some point. So far this has been a great bike for my 7 year old. We were concerned about the sizing as our daughter has a shorter, petite side. So far my eldest and second child can ride it and keep up with dad on his mountain bike outside. The front brake works pretty well but could have used a longer lever but this is more like a BMX bike so a shorter lever is the norm. The shopping cart is easy to add or remove. I bought this bike in the 14" version for my 4 year old daughter. Assembled fairly quickly and I only got stuck on the handbrake part. The brakes near the handlebars seemed to be loose and I had trouble following the manual's instructions for tightening and adjusting the handbrakes. But I finally figured it out, although it's clear my child will be using the rear pedal brake. But I like that there are both options. ! This bike is more expensive but better than the ones I could find in local shops. Pictures. The packaging was very good. Everything was well packaged and protected. Cons: Missing one of the screws that attach the wings to the frame. Luckily I had one in my toolbox that worked. All other details were in perfect condition. No height description available.
