Poor customer service
The tool itself is fine. The front wheel was supposed to have rubber, and it didn't have rubber on the wheel. Just a steel roller. This killed the straps in three welds. $$$. I called 3m and they did nothing for me at all. I was told to send it back to Amazon. I wasn't even referred to the warranty department. I was surprised by their lack of customer service. 3m is usually top quality. But they didn't endorse their product at all. I had to buy a spare tire for another $20.
