I was going to buy the Zumo but the design seems a few years old so I went with the Rider 550 despite the lukewarm reviews. Wifi and Bluetooth took a few times to get it right but I managed to do it. I like the well-designed clamping mechanism, good search and routing capabilities, and quick response to redirection. Best of all, I can get scenic routes (along the Pacific Coast Highway) if I want, using the "bicycle route" among many other options. The ride seems like a nice feature, but more international than US specific. It would be great if there were more trips across the US. I like everything about the Rider 550 so far. Will update when I've had enough time with it.
