Review on De'Longhi EC685M Dedica Deluxe Espresso Machine with Automatic Features, Metallic by Sean Powers

Brand New -- Does not work as described. As soon as I made the espresso, the one and two cup LEDs started blinking to indicate it needed chilling and they blinked for at least 2 minutes. Tried many times to cool it according to the instructions; turn off and restart, etc., etc. - all to no avail. Contacted the DeLonghi manufacturer and they wanted me to take it to a repair company a two hour drive each way (when I had to do it - four hours in fact to fix a brand new car!) and they said, that they don't have to exchange it under warranty. So I went back to our trusted Revain and they immediately sent me a replacement and got my first one back very easily. Unfortunately, the second car wasn't any better. Such a shame. My sister has an older model and hasn't had any problems other than having to descale the machine frequently. Thank you Revain for your customer service and for supporting your products even when the manufacturers don't!
