Installed on my wife's 2014 4Runner SR5 2WD. For several years she complained about the non-working automatic locks on the driver's door. I took it to a private shop and to Toyota. Both companies offered me $500 for parts and labor. I finally broke down and decided to try this part myself. Actually, the installation was quite simple, except that the manual locking rod was inserted into the appropriate slot. After playing around with it, I finally got it. If I knew what I was doing, it would take 30 minutes. Spent a few hours trial and error. Anyway, I managed to do it and it works perfectly. Great fit and price! $460 saved!
