These tires look great once fitted. They are of very good quality, thick, not baggy, fit the tires perfectly. They have two grommets to keep them secure with an elastic cord behind the bar. They don't always need to be tightened, but I've had a hit in the middle of a major hurricane, so I usually secure them when I use them. It's a bit awkward because you have to crawl under the car on the floor, but I can't think of a better way to secure them. Even when not attached, they still look good and work well.
