I almost didn't buy them because a reviewer mentioned they don't work with 2020 Explorer which is the same as 2021. I looked at their picture and it doesn't even seem to be the same product so I took a chance and no problem. They appear to be identical to the 450R that Thule recommends for these vehicles. This is a great value and comes with lock cores. Shipping takes a bit as they come from Europe but that's not a problem unless you need it right away. You may have some time to thread the straps through the back half of the rail. Little effort is required. Thread it through the widest point and once you're in, you can adjust it along the rail as needed.
