Overall a great idea and smart execution. However, there are a few changes that I think could be significantly improved. While I haven't had a break yet, I can't imagine it's good for that. The bits have a small spring loaded ball bearing that keeps them in place when used as a ratchet. This is a great feature, but it also means they tend to fall out if you use other bits. Maybe it's the retention mechanism in the ratchet itself and not the bit. The ruler marks on mine were so faint I didn't even think they were on mine at first. It's not a huge issue for me as I doubt I'll ever use this as a ruler, but it's something that can easily be modified. Finally, and this is more of a comment on all pocket tools than this one specifically. Why do they all have bottle openers? While I occasionally enjoy a drink that requires a bottle opener, every tool I have comes with one so it's always on hand. You can use the caribbean key as a bottle opener to have 2 of these. This extra space could be used for another function.
