Handy drill/driver with good performance. Worked for a good 5 hours. What a disappointment. When driving a few screws, the drill/screwdriver stopped turning. I checked all possible reasons why it wasn't spinning but to no avail. When the trigger is pulled, the motor makes no noise, but the work light flashes. The battery is fully charged. I am so disappointed because I started liking this tool. Update: I spoke to a Revain representative who informed me that the return window is closed. She attempted to use the contact skill but said it was unsuccessful. She gave me the manufacturer number to contact her to fulfill the warranty.
