Review on Brikl by Eddie Timbeross

The support team was very professional in answering all my questions as I started using their product for our website/store launch last year! They are great at getting things done quickly with minimum fuss or headache from us - we have been able achieve more than expected without them having many meetings about it after months!! Their customer service has always met expectations when dealing directly with someone who works within that department but also gets involved if an issue arises outside working hours (as they do not close until late). We could see some issues during testing where one particular function did behave oddly so contacted Support immediately via email asking what this meant exactly? This lead me through troubleshooting steps which eventually led back down towards development teams trying different solutions before finding out how best solved these problems by talking over phone calls rather then emails only because there were no immediate responses otherwise.
