The ease of use. It was easy for our staff to learn and navigate through the program. I wish we could have used it for appointments, billing and scheduling. Sometimes that would be great but not always. We had great success with our patients and I think it was partially due to the ease of using this app. I can't say enough about how easy it was to get started and how well the program worked. Patients were able to upload photos or show us before they came in for their appointment. The time saved on research and preparing them.
