Defective, but installation was easy
Fairly easy to install but not consistently charged due to a not so correct fit (which caused numerous problems when trying to remove it from a newer car; we have two electric cars (Volvo XC 40 and Nissan Leaf). Charging They work well with other chargers elsewhere There seems to be a known issue with them, one of the internal wires is too close to the other Returns We ended up getting the charge point for about $275 more and it works every time with good customer support .
