Using this tool is so much better than trying to stick a glazier's point or hammer pins into the back of wooden frames. The instructions are clear and the tool is easy to use. It's very similar to an advanced hand stapler that you load one at a time and doesn't require a lot of hand strength. I have mainly used flexible tip inserts. (There are 50 inserts included, enough for about 8 medium sized frames.) To replace the missing poles on the other frames, all I had to do was rotate the bottom tower into the appropriate slot and insert the poles I already had. Without constipation. My experience with flexible inserts and poles, rigid and multipoint inserts should also be easy. It's so nice to finally have glass and artwork that stays in its frame. Wonderful!
