A simple article, but parts are still missing! careless!

I have just received this item and there is nothing on one end. Both ends should have 2 large washers and a wing nut for attachment to the cage. It only has one end and nothing was loose in the box. That means someone wrapped it up that way and didn't make sure it was correct. Now when I need my extra parts I have to go to the trouble of returning this just to get some stupid washers and a wing nut. Never again. I'll go to the store from now on.
