Perfect replacement for my 2005 Town Car. Replaced the switch and reassembled it in less than 5 minutes. It really is as easy as they say. Use a flat head screwdriver or tool to remove the trim around the faux wood exterior panel. Once it's free, use a small flat head screwdriver to insert the 4 small clips holding the switch in place. Swap out the new block and reassemble. **Update** After a few months the window switch got picky. Sometimes when trying to lower the driver's window, the switch will not allow the window to lower smoothly. You have to keep pressing the button to close the window. This happens less than 10% of the time.
