I bought this setup for my wife so she doesn't have to use unprotected lightbulbs to try and light up her face when Zoom calls to work. I like the dual light system because you can place lights on either side of the camera and not look directly at the light, which is common with most ring lights. It also helps to evenly illuminate your face on both sides. She doesn't use a camera mount, but it was easy enough to assemble and use. The unit has a small remote control on the cord that allows you to turn on one or both lights, as well as adjust the color and brightness. I like it so much I'm considering buying one for myself.
