Highly recommended.

I've been using them for weeks now. I highly recommend buying these if you think you might want pop music or yoohoo slushies. Definitely worth the money. I bought 2 for myself assuming I want to use one while the other freezes and I was right. It's nice not to think about it because I can rotate it. Also, I drank one almost every day for the first 2 weeks. Now I use them every few days on average now that my curiosity is gone. They seem very durable. So they consist of 3 parts: a white inner cup, an outer cup and a spoon. The outer cup and spoon are just like that. Magic happens in the white inner cup. You just freeze that part, then you take it out, put it in the outer mug (it's just a pretty wrapper holding it in place and your hands don't get cold), pour the drink into the inner mug, wait a few minutes , stir, wait, stir, and then there's delicious porridge (not crappy unless you spoil it and freeze it - see below). The reason this works, and why you can't just use a regular mug, is because the inner white mug has some sort of refrigerant in the mug walls (don't worry, it's all well made and durable). This refrigerant is what you freeze, and it allows the mug to maintain an extremely low temperature for an extended period of time, which can cause slush to form. The difficulty is that the liquid that comes into contact with the walls of the inner cup freezes first, especially if the cup is very cold to begin with. All you have to do to fix this is take the hard plastic spoon that comes with it and I press the bottom edge of the spoon against the bottom of the cup and sort of roll it against the wall. If you do this after a few minutes, the entire outer frozen shell of liquid will float up and all you have to do is push it toward the center. After 2 or 3 such operations, your slush will be ready. You can also make your slush thicker or thinner (the thinner the tastier, IMHO) depending on how active you are while the liquid is freezing. If you're very active and you stir a lot or whatever, then it gets very runny. Here are some important tips if you plan on buying them: - Don't use them with watery drinks like Gatorade, grape juice, tea, etc. They "work" but they don't taste good, they're just too similar to ice cream , as if you just poured water, and too little, like a sweet treat. Pop, on the other hand, Yoohoo Frappe, and even Starbucks all work *greatly* and are delicious. everything (especially honey). Yes, I did it just out of curiosity. As a result, you will feel like your honey has not been used as well as it could be and you will weep for the rest of your life. :*(** Also, it's a waste of time to pour a milkshake in any way because it's already set. - You want these things to be as cold as possible. Technically you could use them twice, but really you do I don't want to do that much because this thing freezes for so long, and by the time you make your slush and you're done, it'll barely be cold enough, or maybe just not cold enough (and I keep my freezer cold!) - you'll work with Ice cream (to make floats); just note there isn't much room in the cup, you can put a few scoops in and maybe 1/3 or 1/2 can to fill it up - and that'll be tasty - but Your dessert might be smaller than you hope I actually find it tastes a little better than using a regular (or regular frozen) cup simply because it still keeps it nice and cold and frosty - DON'T LET IT FREEZE EREN! There's no turning back. You can't turn it back into a nice slushy or regular drink because the water is already frozen. You can put it in the freezer for about 7 minutes, take it out and cook the slush a little faster, but in my experience it's VERY difficult to remember exactly 7 minutes and/or take the initiative to get it out of the freezer pick up . . So I highly recommend you just do it as you normally would, using only 3/4 of a can of soda and drinking the rest while you wait. I only have one gripe: I really wish it was a bit more, maybe 25-50% more so I could use a full can of fizz and ideally a few large scoops of ice cream. Then it would be 6/5!

  • Decent performance
Cons
