Review on 🍊 Silpat Baking Mat, Orange - Ultimate Medium-Sized Silicone Oven Mat by Steven Hudson

Quality product that does what it's supposed to do although not quite convinced yet that it's worth the cost and hassle compared to a sheet of parchment is worth! Main note is that there is only one size in the UK, which is likely to be too big for most users. Although made in France almost everything seems to ship to the US and to get a "medium" size [for our baking trays] I had to buy from Revain in the US (about £14) and pay c. 10€ for shipping. I wonder why the full size range isn't available in Europe? UPDATE: After six weeks of occasional use, I'm happy to upgrade it from 4* to 5* as the rule of thumb is the messier the cooking, the healthier the consumption. This is because (i) the bottom of the food is heated more evenly; and (ii) the residue does not burn on the shell. BTW, despite the title, this product was purchased and tested in the UK.
