Pretty cool, the only complaint about the quality of the chess mat. Reminiscent of a cheap kitchen towel, it is a gray fabric with a pattern painted black, cracked and of poor quality. The playing cards are fantastic and the checkers are good. It's just a rug that could be a bit better but for the price it's a good buy. The carpet can be washed, but this will further degrade the quality of the black. Yes, and on the back of the mat are three tic-tack-toe grids printed/painted in black (that wasn't in the pictures or the description).
