We love how quickly we can change our onboarding process and make it more streamlined, intuitive and efficient. The fact that they have a great customer service team is also a huge plus! I wish there was an option to create custom pages for certain members of your community. For example, we had a customer who wanted to be able to upload files, but didn't want to see the other content. We were able to sort this out with them right away, and they are already using the new interface. So far, everything has been super easy, intuitive and user friendly.
