Saved me about $250
Our Lexus dealer charged my wife nearly $300 to replace the "upper engine mount" which is essentially a vibration damper. I inspected this unit and it matched the factory part perfectly which showed signs of cracking in the rubber donut. I replaced it in about 15 minutes using just a wrench (no jack needed).
