Canson tracing paper is the clearest I've seen. It's not cloudy or grainy at all, but shines evenly throughout the page. The pen rubs the paper gently, and as long as you hold the paper flat it won't tear or crease. I also have a heavy hand at times, and miraculously I don't indent the paper despite the fact that I'm such a nice translucent tracing paper. Because of this, I often use it for most of my drawings. I also use it to transfer pencil drawings onto watercolor paper and its soft surface allows the graphite to easily transfer the graphite to another side by friction, which is a method I use often. This is the only one I've ever used. I recommend. I've included some photos to show how transparent the paper is and how cleanly it erases. I hope this gives you a little more confidence in my review; I really think this product is essential for an artist.
