The concept is good and perhaps the biggest problem is the table saw I tried it on. The shoulder of the blade shaft is too short to support both blades, so one of the blades is over a thread slightly smaller than the 5/8 inch shoulder diameter. So the blades are not perfectly aligned. Because the outer sheet has undue play and the slot is slightly stepped as a result. For what I plan to use I think I can still get it to work, but I don't expect PERFECT articulated fingers. I'll use it and maybe one day I'll have a saw that works better with it. Also, it seemed to me rather impractical to make a mount and set it up properly. /8" without exposing yourself to a small bit of bounce. Once set up properly, the process is fairly straightforward, but I found a bit of grain crumbled into the notches.
